Juvenile Justice Act Article 1-1
Matters in relation to juvenile protection or juvenile criminal cases shall be governed by the provisions of this Act. Matters not covered by this Act, to the extent the application of other relevant statutory laws is not inconsistent with the nature of juvenile protection or juvenile criminal cases, shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by other applicable statutory laws.
