Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules Article 8
The court may conduct remote hearings in accordance with Article 5 of the Act as below:(1) All or some of the persons required to appear in court to make statements may make their statements from a court other than the first-mentioned court, a prosecutor's office, government agency, other appropriate premises, or the premises where said persons are located, by using technological equipment allowing for real-time, two-way audiovisual transmission.(2) All or some of the persons required to appear in court to make statements may make their statements from an extended courtroom established by the court, using technological equipment allowing for real-time, two-way audiovisual transmission.

法院依本法第五條規定行遠距審理時，得以下列方式為之：
一、全部或部分應到庭陳述之人，於法院以外之法院、檢察署、政府機關、其他適當處所或其所在處所，以影音即時相互傳送之科技設備為陳述。
二、全部或部分應到庭陳述之人，於法院所設置之延伸法庭，以影音即時相互傳送之科技設備為陳述。
