Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules Article 61

The court shall accord the parties an opportunity to review and state their opinions on the photocopies or electronic files of documents requested by the court from the competent intellectual property authority under Paragraph 3, Article 42 of the Act.The court shall notify the parties or third parties of the provision of Article 32 of the Act before allowing the parties to conduct the review if it knows the photocopies or electronic files of documents in the preceding paragraph contain trade secrets.
