Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules Article 31

The pleadings in Paragraph 2, Article 19 of the Act shall include photocopies of the documentary evidence used, to be submitted to the court, and a written copy or photocopy of the same shall be sent directly to the opposing party or third party.If an opposing party or third party deems it necessary to state opinions in the circumstance in the preceding paragraph, it shall submit a pleading stating the reasons to the court and send a written copy or photocopy of the same directly to the applicant.
