Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules Article 29

The court and the parties shall conduct proceedings with a plan in order to achieve impartial, expeditious, and economical adjudication.Before deciding on a trial plan through discussion with the parties, the court may order both parties to submit relevant pleadings pursuant to Articles 266 and 267 of the Code of Civil Procedure, stating the time required and reasons as in Paragraph 2, Article 18 of the Act.
