Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Act Article 50
Application for and handling of an order for payment in intellectual property civil actions shall comply with the provisions of Part VI of the Code of Civil Procedure.Where opposition is raised in due process by a debtor to an order for payment, the court that grants such order shall transfer the dossier documents to the IPCC.
