Enforcement Act of the Administrative Litigation Act Article 15
The Review Procedure of Urban Planning, as provided for in Part II, Chapter 5 of the amended Administrative Litigation Act, does not apply to the urban plans promulgated before July 1, 2020, when the amended Administrative Litigation Act took effect.If the urban plans promulgated before the amended Administrative Litigation Act took effect on July 1, 2020 have the characteristics of an administrative act, such urban plans shall be subject to the litigation procedure provided for in the Administrative Litigation Act regarding unlawful administrative acts.
