Administrative Litigation Act Article 237-5
Court costs will be collected for traffic adjudication cases in accordance with the following rules:1. In initiating a litigation, court costs of NTD 300 shall be collected;2. In initiating an appeal from judgment, court costs of NTD 750 shall be collected;3. In initiating an appeal from ruling, court costs of NTD 300 shall be collected;4. In initiating a rehearing, court costs shall be collected in accordance with Subparagraphs 1 and 2 based on the respective instance of the court with which the action is initiated; in initiating a rehearing against a ruling with binding effect, court costs of NTD 300 shall be collected; and5. In initiating the motions in accordance with any of the Subparagraphs of Article 98-5 of this Act, court costs of NTD 300 shall be collected.For the cases of a voluntarily dismissal of case as provided in Paragraph 3 of the preceding Article, the court shall return on its own initiative the court costs that were paid.

交通裁決事件，按下列規定徵收裁判費：
一、起訴，按件徵收新臺幣三百元。
二、上訴，按件徵收新臺幣七百五十元。
三、抗告，徵收新臺幣三百元。
四、再審之訴，按起訴法院之審級，依第一款、第二款徵收裁判費；對於確定之裁定聲請再審者，徵收新臺幣三百元。
五、本法第九十八條之五各款聲請，徵收新臺幣三百元。
依前條第三項規定，視為撤回起訴者，法院應依職權退還已繳之裁判費。
一、起訴，按件徵收新臺幣三百元。
二、上訴，按件徵收新臺幣七百五十元。
三、抗告，徵收新臺幣三百元。
四、再審之訴，按起訴法院之審級，依第一款、第二款徵收裁判費；對於確定之裁定聲請再審者，徵收新臺幣三百元。
五、本法第九十八條之五各款聲請，徵收新臺幣三百元。
依前條第三項規定，視為撤回起訴者，法院應依職權退還已繳之裁判費。
