Provisions of Section 5 of Chapter 4 of Part I concerning litigation expenses shall not apply to the detention sanction cases under the review of the administrative court, except for fees collected under Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 98-6.Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, the provisions concerning summary proceeding shall apply mutatis mutandis to detention sanction cases.
