Administrative Litigation Act Article 199

Where the administrative court renders a judgment as prescribed in the preceding Article, the court shall order the defendant agency to provide compensation to the loss suffered as a result of the illegal disposition or decision in accordance with the plaintiff's statement.If the plaintiff fails to raise the statement as provided in the preceding Paragraph, it may claim for damage award with the administrative court within one year after the judgement provided in the preceding Article becomes binding.
