Administrative Litigation Act Article 114
Where the administrative court deems the voluntary dismissal of case as provided in the preceding Article is detrimental to the protection of the public interest. the court shall order, by a court ruling, to disallow such dismissal.No appeal may be taken from the ruling provided in the preceding Paragraph.
