Citizen Judges Act (Act on Criminal Trials with the participation of Citizen Judge (Guomin Faguan)) Article 60
A person who has possession of the contents of the cases files and exhibits of Article 53 shall not use the contents for a purpose that is not justifiable.A person who violates the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than NT$ 150,000.

持有第五十三條之卷宗及證物內容者，不得就該內容為非正當目的之使用。
違反前項規定者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科新臺幣十五萬元以下罰金。
