Citizen Judges Act (Act on Criminal Trials with the participation of Citizen Judge (Guomin Faguan)) Article 100
A citizen judge or an alternate citizen judge who refuses to make an affirmation may be imposed with an administrative fine of no more than NT$ 30,000.The same rule applies to an alternate citizen judge substituting a citizen judge who refuses to make another affirmation independently.

國民法官、備位國民法官拒絕宣誓者，得處新臺幣三萬元以下罰鍰。
備位國民法官經遞補為國民法官，拒絕另行宣誓者，亦同。
