(Mutatis mutandis application of withdrawal or petition of retrial petitions)The provisions set forth in Paragraph 2, Article 12 and Article 14 of this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the petition of retrial or withdrawal filed by the claimant pursuant to this Act.
