(Withdrawal of retrial petitions)The petition of retrial may be withdrawn before the adjudicating agency renders the decision. Once the petition of retrial is withdrawn, the claimant may not file another petition of retrial based on the same facts and the cause of action of the wrongful imprisonment.The claimant who wants to withdraw the petition of retrial shall file a petition of withdrawal in writing.
