(Discovery)If the evidence is investigated during a criminal action, the evidence in an ancillary civil action may be considered as having been investigated.A party or agent in the supplement civil action may state opinions regarding investigation in the preceding paragraph.

就刑事訴訟所調查之證據，視為就附帶民事訴訟亦經調查。
前項之調查，附帶民事訴訟當事人或代理人得陳述意見。
