(Judgment without Statement)A judgment may be pronounced without waiting for his testimony of a party if he/she is legally summoned but fails to appear without due reasons or does not argue while present at court; the same rule applies where a party leaves the court without being approved.

當事人經合法傳喚，無正當之理由不到庭或到庭不為辯論者，得不待其陳述而為判決；其未受許可而退庭者亦同。
