The victim’s statutory agent, spouse, lineal blood relative, collateral blood relative within the third degree of kinship, family head, family member, physician, psychologist, counsellor, social worker or other person the victim trusts, with the consent of the victim, may be present alongside the victim during the trial.The provision in the preceding paragraph shall not apply to the accused where the accused would otherwise be one of the persons who may be so present.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第271-3條
被害人之法定代理人、配偶、直系或三親等內旁系血親、家長、家屬、醫師、心理師、輔導人員、社工人員或其信賴之人，經被害人同意後，得於審判中陪同被害人在場。
前項規定，於得陪同在場之人為被告時，不適用之。
