If the evidence obtained by a public prosecutor in the course of investigation is sufficient to show that an accused is suspected of having committed an offense, a public prosecution shall be initiated.A public prosecution shall be initiated notwithstanding that the location of the accused is unknown.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
