Provisions in this chapter relating to the disqualification of a judge shall apply mutatis mutandis to a court clerk or interpreter, provided that the previous service as a clerk or interpreter in a lower court is not a reason for disqualification.The disqualification of a court clerk or interpreter shall be determined by a ruling rendered by the president of the court to which the clerk or interpreter is attached.

本章關於法官迴避之規定，於法院書記官及通譯準用之。
但不得以曾於下級法院執行書記官或通譯之職務，為迴避之原因。
法院書記官及通譯之迴避，由所屬法院院長裁定之。
