Code of Criminal Procedure Article 226

If a written decision is required, the original thereof shall be given to the clerk on the same day it is pronounced, provided that if a judgment is pronounced on the date the verbal argument is ending, then it shall be given within five days thereafter.The clerk shall make note regarding the date of receipt on the original of the decision and sign thereon.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

裁判應制作裁判書者，應於裁判宣示後，當日將原本交付書記官。
但於辯論終結之期日宣示判決者，應於五日內交付之。
