A person other than the accused may not refuse to testify in cross-examination on matters relating to the accused that has been revealed in direct-examination.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

被告以外之人於反詰問時，就主詰問所陳述有關被告本人之事項，不得拒絕證言。
