The scope of cross examination shall be limited to the matters or its related matter revealed in direct examination, or the matters necessary for examining the probative value of the statements made by the witness or expert witness.Leading question may be asked in cross examination if necessary.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

反詰問應就主詰問所顯現之事項及其相關事項或為辯明證人、鑑定人之陳述證明力所必要之事項行之。
