A place which must be kept secret for military purposes shall not be searched without the permission of the officer in charge.Under the circumstance specified in the preceding section, the permission cannot be withheld except for the possibility of violation of major national interests.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

軍事上應秘密之處所，非得該管長官之允許，不得搜索。
