If a document or other thing held or kept by a public office or public official is to be seized, a request shall be made for its surrender, provided that a search may be made if necessary.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

政府機關或公務員所持有或保管之文書及其他物件應扣押者，應請求交付。
