Detention of an accused may be suspended without bail and the accused committed to the custody of a person who may act as his assistant or another suitable person within the judicial district of the court.A person who has been given custody of an accused shall give a written assurance obligating himself for the appearance of such accused at any time summoned.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

羈押之被告，得不命具保而責付於得為其輔佐人之人或該管區域內其他適當之人，停止羈押。
