If an application for suspension of detention is permitted, the accused shall be released upon receipt of the bail bond or bail.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

許可停止羈押之聲請者，應於接受保證書或保證金後，停止羈押，將被告釋放。
