Overseas Offices shall compile a written or digital register of applications for authentication of documents. Each application shall be entered in this register consecutively according to its date of receipt and order of precedence.

駐外館處應以書面或電磁紀錄方式編製公證事務登記簿，按收件日期及先後順序編號連續登記。
