When a civil case is pending in a litigation, the case parties may not add a labor action or interpose a labor counterclaim to the case.
中文原文 勞動事件審理細則第6條
民事事件訴訟繫屬中，當事人不得追加勞動事件之訴或提起勞動事件之反訴。
