The labor cases as mentioned in these rules are stipulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 1 of this Act.The term "civil cases" in this Act and in these rules refers to civil cases other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

本細則所稱勞動事件，依本法第二條第一項規定定之。
本法及本細則所稱民事事件，係指前項事件以外之其他民事事件。
