The Enforcement Rules of the Labor Incident Act Article 3

Labor cases that are already pending in court that have not concluded before the enactment of this Act shall, based on the extent of their progress, be concluded in accordance with the procedures as stipulated in the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 4 of the Labor Case Adjudication Rules, after the enactment of this Act.The provisions of subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the first paragraph of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph.
