The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 58
After the attachment, the debtor may present cash prior to the conclusion of the auction and petition for the revocation of the attachment.Where a creditor withdraws its petition for compulsory enforcement after the conclusion of the auction and before the transfer of the title of the auctioned property, he/she must obtain the consent of the winning bidder.

查封後，債務人得於拍定前提出現款，聲請撤銷查封。
拍定後，在拍賣物所有權移轉前，債權人撤回強制執行之聲請者，應得拍定人之同意。
