The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 57
After the attachment, the enforcement judge shall promptly set an auction date.The interval between the attachment date and the auction date shall be at least seven days, except that the creditor and debtor agree otherwise or the nature of the attached property requires a swift sale.The auction date in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed one month, except due to the nature of the attached property or for compelling reasons.

查封後，執行法官應速定拍賣期日。
查封日至拍賣期間，至少應留七日之期間。
但經債權人及債務人之同意或因查封物之性質，須迅速拍賣者，不在此限。
前項拍賣期日不得多於一個月。
但因查封物之性質或有不得已之事由者，不在此限。
