The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 107
The enforcement court shall direct the administrator of the necessary affairs relating to the administration and supervise the performance of his/her duties.The administrator shall lease out the immovable property under administration in writing and upon the permission of the enforcement court.When making the permission in the preceding paragraph, the enforcement court shall consult the creditor's and the debtor's opinion, except when the notification is not available or the creditor or the debtor does not appear at that time.

執行法院對於管理人，應指示關於管理上必要之事項，並監督其職務之進行。
管理人將管理之不動產出租者，應以書面為之，並應經執行法院之許可。
執行法院為前項許可時，應詢問債權人及債務人之意見。
但無法通知或屆期不到場者，不在此限。
