The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 105
The administrator shall be appointed by the enforcement court, provided that the creditor may recommend a suitable person.The enforcement court may order the administrator to furnish a security.The remuneration of an administrator shall be determined by the court after consulting the creditor's and debtor's opinion.
