The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 104

When ordering the compulsory administration, the enforcement court shall prohibit the debtor from interfering with the affairs of the administrator and from disposing of the revenue of the immovable property. Where the revenue is to be paid by a third party, it shall order that third party to pay it to the administrator. The order requiring the third party to pay in the preceding paragraph becomes effective when serviced to the third party.
