The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 98

The following properties comprise the liquidation estate:1. All properties which belong to the debtor at the time of the court's ruling on the initiation of the liquidation process, and all property claims which may be exercised in the future by the debtor.2. Any properties which are acquired by inheritance or without compensation after the court's ruling on the initiation of the liquidation process but before termination or conclusion of the process.Any rights which are exclusively owned by the debtor, as well as the properties which are not subject to judicial seizure, shall not belong to the liquidation estate.

下列財產為清算財團：
一、法院裁定開始清算程序時，屬於債務人之一切財產及將來行使之財產請求權。
二、法院裁定開始清算程序後，程序終止或終結前，債務人因繼承或無償取得之財產。
專屬於債務人本身之權利及禁止扣押之財產，不屬於清算財團。
