The court shall investigate the necessary facts and evidence on its own initiative, and may make inquiries with taxation or other agencies or organizations.In order to investigate the facts, the court may order any related person or statutory agent to be present in person or state his/her opinions in writing.The court's investigation and interrogation may not be made public.

法院應依職權調查必要之事實及證據，並得向稅捐或其他機關、團體為查詢。
法院為調查事實，得命關係人或法定代理人本人到場或以書面陳述意見。
