The court's ruling on the initiation of the rehabilitation process shall include its year, month, day, and hour, and shall become effective immediately.No appeal may be taken from a ruling under the preceding paragraph, and such ruling shall be publicly announced.

法院開始更生程序之裁定，應載明其年、月、日、時，並即時發生效力。
前項裁定不得抗告，並應公告之。
