If a debtor is unable or might be unable to repay his/her debts, he/she may clear his/her debts according to the rehabilitation or liquidation process set out by this Statute.
中文原文 消費者債務清理條例第3條
債務人不能清償債務或有不能清償之虞者，得依本條例所定更生或清算程序，清理其債務。
