The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 2

The term Consumers as used in this Statute refers to natural persons who have not engaged in business activities within five years or have engaged in small business activities."Small business" in the preceding paragraph refers to a business of which gross income per month is less than NTD 200,000. The amount specified in the preceding paragraph may be increased or reduced by an order of the Judicial Yuan if circumstance so requires.
中文原文 消費者債務清理條例第2條
本條例所稱消費者，指五年內未從事營業活動或從事小規模營業活動之自然人。
前項小規模營業指營業額平均每月新臺幣二十萬元以下者。
前項所定數額，司法院得因情勢需要，以命令增減之。
