The supervisor or administrator shall perform his/her duties with due care of a good administrator; and may not resign from the duties without approval of the court. If the supervisor or administrator breaches the obligations under the preceding paragraph, resulting in damage to the interested parties, he/she shall be liable for compensation of damage.

監督人或管理人應以善良管理人之注意，執行其職務；非經法院許可，不得辭任。
監督人或管理人違反前項義務致利害關係人受有損害時，應負損害賠償責任。
