Enforcement Act of the Code of Civil Procedure Article 14
For actions initiated prior to the implementation of amended provisions governing a summary proceeding in the Code of Civil Procedure amended on December 30th, 2020, the jurisdiction of the court and the adjudicating procedures shall be decided as follows:(1) By the provisions after the amendment, where the court has not entered a final and binding judgment; and(2) By the provisions before the amendment, where the court has entered a final and binding judgment.

中華民國一百零九年十二月三十日修正之民事訴訟法簡易訴訟程序施行前已繫屬之事件，其法院管轄權及審理程序依下列之規定：
一、未經終局裁判者，適用修正後之規定。
二、曾經終局裁判者，適用修正前之規定。
一、未經終局裁判者，適用修正後之規定。
二、曾經終局裁判者，適用修正前之規定。
