Code of Civil Procedure Article 76
A party or an advocate may, with the permission of the presiding judge, appear with an assistant during a court session.At any time, the presiding judge may revoke the permission provided in the preceding paragraph.

當事人或訴訟代理人經審判長之許可，得於期日偕同輔佐人到場。
