Code of Civil Procedure Article 153-1
Any litigation paper may be transmitted by telefax or by any other technological device, and such transmission shall have the same effect as service in the case of any of the following:1.The person to be served notifies the court that he/she has received the paper;2.A person interested in the action moves for transmission of a specific litigation paper.The Judicial Yuan shall prescribe rules governing the transmission provided in the preceding paragraph.

訴訟文書，得以電信傳真或其他科技設備傳送之；其有下列情形之一者，傳送與送達有同一之效力：
一、應受送達人陳明已收領該文書者。
二、訴訟關係人就特定訴訟文書聲請傳送者。
前項傳送辦法，由司法院定之。
