The Notary Act Article 77

When applicants apply for notarizing juristic acts that require the approval or consent of a third party, the applicants shall provide certifications that the third party’s approval or consent has been acquired.Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis in the situation mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
中文原文 公證法第77條
就須得第三人允許或同意之法律行為，請求作成公證書，應提出已得允許或同意之證明書。
前條第二項、第三項之規定，於前項情形準用之。
