The Notary Act Article 57

The disciplinary committee of civil notaries (hereinafter "the disciplinary committee") shall consist of four judges from the High Court or its branches and three civil notaries. The chairman shall be elected by and from among the committee members.The disciplinary reexamination committee of civil notaries (hereinafter "the reexamination committee") shall consist of five judges from the Supreme Court and four civil notaries. The chairman shall be elected by and from among the committee members.
中文原文 公證法第57條
民間之公證人懲戒委員會，由高等法院或其分院法官四人及民間之公證人三人組織之，主任委員由委員互選之。
民間之公證人懲戒覆審委員會，由最高法院法官五人及民間之公證人四人組織之；主任委員由委員互選之。
