Civil notaries before performing their duties, shall be subject to an internship of an appropriate period. However, this provision does not apply to candidates that meet the qualifications of subparagraph 2 or 4 of Article 25.Civil notaries, in the course of performing their duties, may be required, depending on business needs, to participate in additional training.
