Constitutional Court Procedure Act Article 67
(Contents of the Holding of a Judgment Concerning Disputes between Constitutional Organs)For cases arising under this Chapter, the Constitutional Court shall delineate the competences between the disputing organs in the holding of the judgment. Considering the circumstances of the case, the Constitutional Court may make further pronouncements as appropriate in the holding of the judgment.
