Constitutional Court Procedure Act Article 34
(Application Mutatis Mutandis of Judgments to Orders)Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to an order.Except otherwise provided in this Act, an order may be rendered without giving reasons.
